What is Redo?
When you opt in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, making qualified returns eligible for an exchange, refund, or store credit at no extra cost.
If you choose not to purchase Redo, you can still return eligible items, but you’ll be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
All returns must meet the requirements outlined in our Return Policy.
What does Redo not cover?
Redo does not cover returns for items that are ineligible under our Return Policy. This includes open box items, feeding accessories, breast pumps, bathing accessories, lotions and powders, diapering accessories, diaper pails, potty seats and wipes, video/audio tapes, mattresses, pillows, pillow covers, changing pad covers, and undergarments.
Additionally, Redo does not apply to price adjustments. If an item in your order changes in price after purchase, Redo does not entitle you to a refund or adjustment based on the new price.
