At Albee Baby, we want you to be thrilled with your order! We gladly accept returns of new, unused items within 60 days of receipt. To qualify for a full refund, merchandise must be returned within this time frame and in its original packaging, with all packing materials, manuals, and registration cards. Please see below for additional details. 

Return Policy

  • An order is no longer eligible for cancellation once a shipping label is generated.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 60 days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price.
  • All furniture items will incur a 30% restocking fee unless otherwise stated on the actual product page. 
  • Some products are considered special order items and, unfortunately, are not returnable. If this is the case, it will be noted on the product page.
  • Merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals, and registration cards. We will not accept dirty, washed, or used products. 

  • Returns must be sent back in their original condition and must be the exact product originally purchased. If a return is received and found to be used or not the original item, a refund will not be issued.

    If you would like the item returned to you, you may provide our team with a prepaid return shipping label. Otherwise, the item will be considered forfeited after 14 days.

  • Please Note: We cannot accept returns for the following classes of products: open box, feeding accessories, breast pumps, bathing accessories, lotions and powders, diapering accessories, diaper pails, potty seats and wipes, video/audio tapes, mattresses/pillows/pillow & changing pad covers, and undergarments.
  • All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division.

  • For those customers planning on forwarding their orders internationally, please remember that Albee Baby does not ship internationally and therefore cannot be held responsible or accountable for items once they are shipped overseas after they reach their forwarding destination in the US.
  • Please note that it may take 10 - 14 business days for a return to be processed and a refund or store credit to be issued.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Albee Baby does not assume return shipping costs. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs unless they purchase return coverage.

  • When you opt in for coverage when placing your order, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange. All returns are still subject to the guidelines outlined in the return policy, regardless if coverage was purchased. If you decide not to purchase the return coverage, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
  • Customers may request a prepaid shipping label. The costs associated with the label will be deducted from the refund amount once the item has been received.

  • UPS will make a total of 3 attempts to deliver your package. If a package is undeliverable or refused, there will be a $20.00 refusal fee plus our actual shipping costs, which include the freight to and from the customer. Our "actual shipping costs" are not the $4.95 charge for orders under $99.

  • Customers may ship back returns with their own shipping methods however, for your protection, we recommend using United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, or insured parcel post for return shipments. Additionally, we recommend that customers who decide to make a return on their own request a tracking number from the shipper for their records. We highly recommend insuring your package, as Albee Baby is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when a return is shipped using a label that is not issued by Albee Baby directly.

  • Items that are defective or covered under a manufacturer warranty do not qualify for a free return through Albee Baby.

    If you believe your item has a defect, the next step is to contact the manufacturer directly. Most manufacturers are able to offer faster solutions, including repair or replacement, under their warranty programs.

    If you choose to return a defective item to Albee Baby instead of working with the manufacturer, the return may still be accepted in accordance with our return policy; however, return shipping costs will apply.
