In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged, Albee Baby is here to help resolve the issue. Once a tracking number indicates that the package has been delivered, Albee Baby has fulfilled its delivery obligation. We are not responsible for theft after delivery.

If your package is lost, we will work with the shipping carrier to conduct a search for the missing item. In some cases, you may be responsible for opening up a claim with the shipping carrier as well. In certain cases, we may also request a police report to be filed.

This free service from UPS allows you to receive real-time delivery alerts, reroute packages to a secure location, and even schedule deliveries at your convenience.
