In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged, Albee Baby is here to help resolve the issue. Once a tracking number indicates that the package has been delivered, Albee Baby has fulfilled its delivery obligation. We are not responsible for theft after delivery. Shipments marked as delivered but not received must be reported to us within 24 hours of the delivery notification so we can investigate promptly.
If your package is lost, we will work with the shipping carrier to conduct a search for the missing item. In some cases, you may be responsible for opening a claim with the shipping carrier as well. In certain situations, we may also request that a police report be filed.
