How do I cancel my order?Updated a month ago

Please email [email protected] if you would like to cancel your order. Please note, once a shipping label is generated an order is no longer eligible for cancellation. 

Please also note that if you wanted to cancel an item that was being shipped to you directly from the manufacturer, we will need to confirm the manufacturer that they are able to cancel the order. It may take 24 hours for the manufacturer to respond.
