As an authorized retailer, all of the products we carry are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty, which typically covers defects in materials or workmanship for a set period. If something goes wrong with your gear during that time, the best first step is to reach out to the manufacturer directly to explore the options available under their warranty.

Because warranty and defect claims are handled by the brand, the manufacturer will be your primary point of contact for repairs, replacements, or troubleshooting. This route is often the quickest and most effective way to resolve the issue.

Defective or warranty-related items do not qualify for free return shipping through Albee Baby. If you choose to return a defective item to us instead of working directly with the manufacturer, the return may still be accepted in accordance with our return policy; however, return shipping costs will apply.
