Can I modify my order after it’s placed?Updated 2 months ago

We begin processing orders immediately, so modifications may not be possible. Contact customer service as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Manufacturer-Shipped Orders: Edits & Cancellations

Some orders ship directly from the manufacturer. If you’re requesting an edit or cancellation on one of these orders, we’ll need to contact the manufacturer on your behalf to see what options may be available.

Because these orders are processed and fulfilled outside of our warehouse, changes are not guaranteed. Even if you haven’t received shipping confirmation yet, the order may already be too far in the process or in transit and may no longer be able to be stopped or modified.

If the manufacturer is unable to make the requested change, the order will continue as originally placed. Once delivered, the item would then follow our standard return policy.

We’ll always do our best to advocate for you and provide updates as soon as we hear back, but availability and timing are ultimately determined by the manufacturer.
